How to make humus(like a pro)




Tin of chickpeas
A spoon full of tahin
A clove of garlic
Olive oil
Paprika
Salt


Start of with blending the chickpeas with a spoon full of tahin and some olive oil (until the consistency is smooth) then ad a clove of garlic(or a bit more if the clove isn't that big) and blend again. Ad salt and paprika until it tastes good. Now eat it with either some crackers or vegetables and feel heaven in your mouth.
